To order from ELU is easy. Once you find an item you want to buy, just select the size and quantity you want and then click add to bag.
Once you have finished shopping on elugirl.com, click onto your shopping bag and then click onto the check out button. You do not have to create an account with ELU. Just type in all the details needed and select your shipping method as well as payment method. EFTÂ and payfast are the payment methods available. You will then be directed to your choice of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address with the items you have ordered.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have not received this please check your junk mail.
Yes we do!
Orders can be cancelled before the parcel has been shipped. A refund will be issued. However we cannot cancel an order if the order has been processed and shipped.
If you require a replacement size, colour or an alternative item you are required to place a new order.
